Technical Details

• Assisted 150+ students per semester across Switching, Routing & Wireless Essentials. Configured Cisco 4331 and 2960-24TT devices via Console, Telnet, and SSH.
• Standardized configuration workflows for VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, HSRP, STP, and EtherChannel, severely reducing average troubleshooting time per student.
• Implemented port security, ACL-based access control, and DHCPv4 policies aligned with Cisco Networking Academy standards.
