Architected a wireless network spanning 200m using LoRa and ESP-NOW, integrating custom PCB design and 3D printed enclosures.

Technical Details

• Architected a LoRa + ESP-NOW master-slave wireless network at 200m across 2 nodes (LilyGoT3 + MAPPI32), sustaining 4-hour continuous operation per charge cycle and delivering a 90% packet success rate.
• Designed custom PCB layouts via EasyEDA and fabricated enclosures in-house using 3D printing (Bambu Studio) and CNC, eliminating external fabrication dependencies and reducing prototyping costs.
